Returns & Store Credit
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase date. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, and labels attached.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, shipping cost will be subtracted from your store credit upon return and investigation. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned cannot be returned:
Stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear
Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments
Items without the original tags attached
Items without the original invoice
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. If not reported in timely fashion, we will not issue store credit.
We do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.
Should you receive a damaged item, please take a clear photo of the damage and email the photo to our customer service team, we will be in contact with you to determine the outcome.
If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or something missing please contact us, include a photo and a detailed description of the issue along with your order number.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please be sure to double check all of your information before completing your order. If item is lost or delivered to incorrect address, we will not be responsible for replacing your item.
All items are to be returned within 14 days. If item is returned after the 14 day period customer will not receive store credit.
